Online Adjuster Pre-Licensing Course
You have the right to cancel your registration for The Adjuster School Online Course prior to beginning the course. All requests for cancellation must be made by contacting The Adjuster School by email (info@theadjusterschool.com). The Adjuster School will refund the full enrollment fee.
Students will not be allowed to obtain a refund on any online class that they have started.
You can not get a refund on any online class that is 30 days old.
You can not get a refund on any online class that is expired or completed.
Please note that refunds will not be granted if email notification is given after you have begun the course.
Online Xactimate Training Course and Claims Mastery Course
You have 6 month access from the date of purchase.

Online Texas All Lines Adjuster Licensing Course Expiration The Online Texas All Lines Adjuster Licensing course is a 40 hour course. The Adjuster School will allow you up to 6 months (from the date of purchase) to complete this course and the Final Examination. It normally takes our students anywhere from 4 days to 3 weeks to complete the entire course and Final Examination. In the event of course expiration, you will have to repurchase the course. You will not lose all of your information, as our system will maintain your course progression and you will be able to resume wherever you left off.
You have up to 3 attempts to pass the Final Examination. The Final Examination is 150 questions. Students must obtain a 70 to successfully pass the Final Examination.
