Currently, PSI charges $33.00 for the New York exam. PSI has testing centers for the New York exam. Students have up to two hours to complete the exam. A passing score for the New York exam is a 70. Upon passing the New York exam, students will need to submit an application to the New York Department of Financial Services. Never have committed a felony or any crime involving fraudulent or dishonest practices. 3. Be trustworthy and competent.
